1.  Iain Burnett Highland Chocolatier

2. Blair Athol Distillery

Blair Athol Distillery is located in the charming town of Pitlochry and even just the sight of this distillery is worth the visit. Blair Athol Distillery is one of the oldest serving distilleries in Scotland and is the owner of the Bell’s Blend, one of the most popular whiskey brands. There are also tours of the distillery you can book which all include a tasting experience!

3. The Hermitage

Distance from Logierait Lodges – less than a 20-minute drive

Take a walk through this magical Perthshire Forest which was an 18th-century pleasure ground for the Dukes of Atholl. As you take the path to the spectacular Black Linn waterfall, giant Douglas firs tower over you. Also deep in the forest, you can find the charming 18th century folly known as Ossian’s Hall. Be sure to keep an eye out for any wildlife and if you’re lucky you might even see some beavers!

Our next recommendation is to go shopping at Pitlochry High Street which is full of small, unique Scottish owned shops. Be sure to check out Macnaughton's of Pitlochry which is well known for tartan presents and gifts as well as being one of Scotland’s oldest shops, established in 1835.
